A BLAST FROM THE PAST!

The GATCODE RYE XXX is a mid wide, twin tipped and traditional cambered Freestyle Snowboard. It wears a 7.5 mm thick poplar beech wood core and a biax-triax fiber reinforcement, providing full power and stability in even the most radical situations. It is made as a 164 with sintered stance, then two centimeters were cut off from the tail, which gives it a final lenght of 162 cm. Additional features are 76 degree ABS Sidewalls, 270 degree stainless steel edges and hardware. The sintered base features a sublimination print of the OG Gatcode skeleton twisting it´s bones into the form of a trout pose. For the few who know, this is a homage to one of the most iconic board graphics of all time! And that´s also the main reason why this board was made in the first place. RYE stands for Respect Your Elders and the XXX simply and profoundly represent the past thirty years of snowboarding culture. The topsheet has a matte black finish and 3D color style of print with custom made graphics by Sebastian Mvller.
